DAX stands behind each and every product, and is proud to offer a warranty that is currently unmatched within the CTI, SIP or IT Industry.


The DAX Systems warranty policy:

EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY/REMEDIES

DAX warrants to the original purchaser that the products purchased from DAX will perform in substantial conformance to DAX's published specifications. When operated as specified by DAX, for a period of thirty six (36) months following delivery of the product to customer. This warranty shall not apply to any defects or problems caused in whole or in part by (i) accident, misuse, abuse, (ii) alterations, modifications or repairs that have not been authorized by DAX, or (iii) any software program, hardware, firmware, peripheral or communication device not purchased from DAX used in connection with the products purchased from DAX.

SHOULD THE PRODUCTS FAIL TO SUBSTANTIALLY CONFORM TO THIS WARRANTY DURING THE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD, DAX WILL, AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS TO DAX. THIS REMEDY, AND DAX'S ENTIRE LIABILITY IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY DAX. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, DAX MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER. IN PARTICULAR, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

STANDARD PARTS WARRANTY

DAX Systems provides several different warranties based on the type of products purchased.  Below are the details of these warranties for each group of products.

TELCO GRADE / INDUSTRIAL GRADE SERVERS

For those servers identified as being TELCO / INDUSTRIAL Grade, DAX Systems provides the following;
3 Year 24/7 Hotline Tech Support Service
3 Year Onsite service between the hours of 8:00AM to 6:00 PM local time Monday thru Friday.
These two services are automatically included with the sale of a TELCO / INDUSTRIAL grade server.
Extended hours beyond these included hours as well as weekend services can be purchased at an additional cost.
An additional 2 years beyond the initial 3 year contract can also be purchased at an additional cost.

SIP SERVERS

Servers designated as SIP Servers have the following warranty;
1 Year 24/7 Hotline Tech Support Service
1 Year Onsite service between the hours of 8:00AM to 6:00 PM local time Monday thru Friday.
These two services are automatically included with the sale of a SIP grade server.
Extended hours beyond the included hours as well as weekend services can be purchased at an additional cost.
An additional years beyond the initial 1 year contract can also be purchased at an additional cost up to but not to exceed a total of 5 years.

SIP CONFERENCING APPLIANCES

All of DAX Systems Conferencing Appliances come with a 3 Year Advance Replacement Warranty. If, for any reason, a Conferencing Appliance is determined to be defective, DAX Systems will advance replace that appliance within 24 hours.
Extended contracts that go beyond the initial 3 year advance replacement period can be purchased at an additional cost.
